Following a lengthy hiatus, restaurateur and head Chef David Fyfe returns to the kitchen where he began his career in hospitality more than twenty years ago. A milestone birthday the catalyst for change; a love of fresh food and beautiful flavours the inspiration to pursue lifelong dreams. Greek by marriage, David is well versed with the joys that come from sharing great food with family and close friends, and the importance of cooking with only the best and freshest produce. Working closely with his passionate team of food and wine enthusiasts, David has spent the last several months honing his culinary skills and perfecting Yiayia’s favourite recipes for others to share and enjoy with the people they love.

Drawing on the unique characteristics of natural materials such as copper and stone, Matt has managed to achieved a warm and inviting space, similar to that of an authentic Greek Tavern.
